This application aims to streamline the service provided by the Mobile Emergency Service Regulatory Centers (SAMU) in Brazil.

Upon installation and registration of basic information, users can access emergency services more efficiently. The application leverages the registered data and GPS information to accurately relay the user's location to SAMU.

The user’s registered information and call are transmitted simultaneously to the operator, resulting in significantly faster response times. SAMU Regulatory Centers that utilize the SAPH True® system receive this data automatically. In areas where SAMU operates but does not use SAPH True®, the application will facilitate a direct call to the local Emergency Service Regulatory Center.
